Shipping charges will be totaled at checkout.
Any returns must be undamaged and in resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase and shipping charge is unrefundable.
If paying by credit card, your mailing address must be the same as the address you receive your credit card statement.
Ebooks and software sold as downloadable products are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in package sold.
Business and Legal Kits are not returnable and no refund will be given if a kit is opened or the original seal is broken.
